I have been meaning to try out The Green Gourmet for several months and I finally got the chance tonight! They are an all organic and natural foods market and café, and buy from local farmers as much as possible. My husband and I went to DIG for my birthday dinner. I love anything local and organic so DIG, which stands for “Doing It Green” is my kind of place.
We began with the seared sea scallop appetizer, I did not take a picture but it was two giant sea scallops on a bed of spinach with roasted tomatoes on the side. I used to be the girl curled up in the corner at a birthday party.
