Summer time makes me crave cooling foods like greens and fresh fruit. This smoothie features nutritious leafy green spring mix and mango from a friend’s Florida mango tree. I received about a dozen very ripe mangos a few weeks ago. I cut them all up and immediately froze a couple batches to have on hand for smoothies.
This smoothie contains:
1/2 cup hemp milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1 scoop pea protein
1/2 cup frozen mango
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
This smoothie was filling, refreshing, and very tasty.
